Steffen Kolb currently works at the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research. He is head of the WG Microbial Biogeochemistry and co-head of the RA Landscape Functioning. He is an environmental microbiologist and biogeochemist with focusses on trace gas microbial ecology (bVOCs, GHGs), crop plant-microbiota systems, C & N sequestration in agriculture and further terrestrial ecosystems.
